The Greatest of these is LOVE!!!!!!

Early today a friend of mine posted a comment that went something like, “I have a hard time understanding people who claim to be people of love, but they go out of their way to hurt people deliberately.” My mind thought about this statement a lot today. How can people say I love you in one breath and then draw blood with their next words because they are upset with you? How can someone smile and build you up when your around and then tear you down as soon as you leave the room? How can someone say I will be there for you….but when you need someone …no time…cant do it?

The fact is we are strangers in this world. And sadly this world does not truly know what love is….???? How can you imitate something you have no ideal what it is. I remember playing charades when I was smaller and I would get someone that I had no ideal who they were and i just could not portray them, and it would upset me. It is like that with people in this world….God is love…….(according to 1 John 4:8) And when they do not know him how can they portray him?

We as children of the most high God have to love the unlovable, stand in the gap for the lost, pray for our enemies, and plead the blood of Christ over this world….our government, our schools, our families, and our jobs. God has placed in us in this place for such a time as this…… He has equipped us with all that we need to be victorious. And the greatest weapon He equipped us with was LOVE——–

About Darlene Beverly

I am a born again blood bought daughter of the King of Kings. Accepting my call to go out into this broken world and love !!!! Love the unlovable, give hope to the hopeless, mend the broken, wipe the tears from the heartbroken, hug the lonely, to be the woman of God he has called me to be!!!!!! I have prayed about my calling or my purpose and I am sure as sure can get that it is in woman's ministry and writing to a broken world. So many people, mothers, fathers, daughters, grandparents, think they are the only ones dealing with problems, with sin. However, we all have fallen short of the Glory of God. And that is why I would like to be a light through my writing for Jesus and let people see that struggles are for sure, but how we handle them determines our destiny.
